|SASSY SNACKS| Eggnog Cinnamon Rolls!!!


Just when you thought December couldn't get any better we present to you Eggnog Cinnamon Rolls !



Ingredients

Cinnamon Rolls

(1) Can of Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls

Coating

(1/2-3/4 cup) Brown sugar
(2 tbsp) Cinnamon
(1 stick) Butter, very, very soft
(1 cup) Eggnog

Frosting

(2 oz) Cream cheese, softened
(2 oz) White chocolate, melted
(2 tbsp) Salted Butter, melted
(2-3 tbsp) Eggnog
(1tsp) Vanilla extract
(1) Bag of white chocolate chips



Directions

1. Heat oven to 400*F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. 

2. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and eggnog together. Make sure you mix well. 

3. Dip each cinnamon roll into coating mixture and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. (Dip them as many times as you want)

4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

5. To Make Frosting. In a medium bowl, combine the melted white chocolate, cream cheese, and butter. Whisk until creamy and light. Add the powdered sugar and mix well. Add the eggnog and vanilla and whisk until smooth.  Spread the frosting on the warm rolls. 

6. Sprinkle white chocolate chips on top as desired!

7. Enjoy!
