|SASSY SNACKS| Twix Brownie Cheesecake

Scandal's back this Thurday!! Are you excited?!  We definitely are! What better way to celebrate than with this absolutely delicious Twix Brownie Cheesecake from

 (2 sticks) Salted butter, melted
(1 cup) Unsweetened cocoa powder
(2 cups) Granulated sugar
(4) Large eggs
(1 tbs) Vanilla extract
(1 1/2 cups) Flour
(12 oz) Jar hot fudge sauce

(8 oz) Block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
(1/2 can) Sweetened condensed milk
(1 tsp) Vanilla

(4) Full sized Twix bars, roughly chopped
(1 can) Caramel Sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9 inch round springform pan with foil, then spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cocoa and melted butter. Stir in sugar until combined. Stir in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla. Fold in flour JUST until you no longer see flour streaks in the batter. Gently fold in hot fudge sauce (you may need to heat it just enough to spoon/pour out of jar).

3. Spread batter in prepared pan and bake for about 35 minutes -- OR until the brownies are puffed, set around the edges, and a knife inserted in the center comes out with fudgy crumbs/streaks but NOT raw batter. Let cool for about 30 minutes, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.

4. Prepare cheesecake layer: In the bowl of your mixer, beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over brownies and top with chopped Twix bars. Chill for several hours until firm, then carefully remove from pan and peel off foil. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce before serving.
